Everything is printed to order. That means no pile of returned stock in a warehouse. It also means we ask you to consider your choice before you buy.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on any item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first at support@mikofu.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Mistakes get put right. If something arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will exchange or refund it — your choice.

Made-to-order and print-on-demand

Print-on-demand items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned for preference reasons — for example if a colour looked different on your screen. Current practice is that customised, made-to-order prints are not accepted back on that basis, consistent with how EU consumer law treats personalised and made-to-order goods more broadly. The precise legal position for Mikofu's prints is still under legal clarification — see Terms and conditions. That is why we ask you to consider your choice before you order.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. They are paid to the original payment method.
