Returns

We make things to order. That means no warehouse returns pile. It also means we ask you to be considered before you buy.

14-day right of return

Under EU law, you have 14 days to return any item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first at sebastianhflamant@gmail.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

We fix our mistakes. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace or refund — your choice.

Custom and print-on-demand

Print-on-demand items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned for preference reasons — for example, if a colour appeared differently on your screen. This is made clear at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item. They are issued to the original payment method.
